The Crows Nest Hotel is a versatile function and event venue specialising in events such as wedding receptions, engagement parties, christening and birthday celebrations, corporate seminars and sporting functions.

Conveniently located just 10 minutes from Sydney CBD, and with facilities available to cater up to 500 guests, choose from seven luxurious and sophisticated spaces including private and semi-private options.

COCKTAIL LOUNGE

Located on the upper level of the hotel, The Cocktail Lounge is our largest private event space, with private bar and direct access to The Rooftop.

The Cocktail Lounge is a flexible space that can cater to any type of event, whether it be a conference or team building event, birthday, engagement, trivia night or sporting presentations.

THE BOARDROOM

A heritage room filled with character, The Boardroom is located on the upper level.

With iconic arched windows overlooking the city, and an open fireplace to create a cosy ambience in the cooler months.

A smaller and more intimate space which can either act as an informal cocktail space, or set with a 12 seater dining table for conferences and private dinners.

THE BERRY & PARLOUR ROOM

The Berry & Parlour room caters for intimate functions with a casual and relaxed feel. An exclusive lounge featuring low lying coffee tables surrounded by classic chesterfield lounges and cocktail tables. Tucked away at the rear of the room is a private insitu pool table.

This space is ideal for conferences and meetings, sporting group gatherings, or casual celebrations.

 

THE BALLROOM

This elegant, heritage room beaming with natural light and complete with intricate design details, chesterfield lounges and open fireplace is a blank canvas. Suitable for sit-down dinner events and networking conferences, or more formal cocktail events such as engagement parties and wedding receptions.

ONE WILLOUGHBY

One Willoughby is a boutique event space which features a private bar. A more intimate space, lined with booths and a large open cocktail area.

The exclusive entrance makes One Willoughby an ideal private Function space, suitable for engagements, birthday celebrations, product launches and more.

The ultimate area for exclusive events, Level One combines multiple event spaces and includes private access to The Rooftop.

A fully customisable space, with central open area plus cosy nooks & crannies, Level One is the ideal location for large scale events of up to 500 guests.
